The Community Outreach coordinates with local charities and other organizations and chairs the committee that determines grant distribution each year.

The Retiree Representative provide information for invitations to FRSC events for distribution through the retiree organizations throughout the community (i.e. The Lady Troopers, OTR, etc.).
