Hello, my name is Carolyn and I’m excited to be the FRSC Historian. I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX where I met my husband while training for my first half marathon. After earning my BFA from Texas State University, I taught elementary and high school art for eight years in San Antonio and Killeen, TX. I recently graduated this past December earning my BSN from UNC-FSU in North Carolina, prior to moving to Fort Riley. I enjoy cooking, baking, fishing, hiking, and spending time with our two dogs and beautiful baby girl. I look forward to meeting new friends and capturing all the fun moments we will have in the FRSC.
