My name is Erin Avera and I have had the privilege of being a military spouse for 14 years. Before Army life my husband, of 19 years, and I worked in corporate America. My family has been stationed at Fort Riley for almost two years and we are enjoying all the hidden gems and adventures that Kansas has to offer. My son (12) and daughter (10), keep our family moving, shaking and talking 24/7.

I enjoy being with people and sharing positive experiences. Many would say I am an extroverted extrovert. One of my favorite aspects of military life is moving and exploring new places.
